9. Modifications and Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You can also terminate your agreement by deactivating your account and discontinuing your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Moneybar operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
